Diane Kohler brings over twenty years of residential real estate experience and sales expertise. Diane has a long tradition of real estate development and construction in her family, her father being in commercial development and contracting for over thirty years in the Los Angeles area.

Diane graduated from San Diego State University in 1984 with a degree in Business Administration and an emphasis on Information Systems. She remained in San Diego after graduation working for a commercial and residential developer in the La Jolla area as their Contracts Manager. Diane later accepted a position with a residential developer in Rancho Santa Fe.

Diane began selling residential real estate over fourteen years ago, and was awarded “Rookie of the Year” her first year insales. She continues to be a consistent producer and top agent year after year.

Diane is accomplished in all areas of residential real estate sales, and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her clients. Many of her clients develop a lifelong business relationship with her having her handle all of their real estate investments and personal homes, while referring relatives and friends.

Diane lives in Rancho Santa Fe. She has three children, Samantha, twenty, Chelsea, eighteen, both who attend University of Colorado at Boulder, and Michael, five years old. Diane enjoys spending time with her family, involvement in humanitarian causes, reading, tennis, and travel.
